Kevin Spacey will be cheering on The Social Network at the Oscars - because his former assistant is the film's producer.
The Oscar winner's producing partner Dana Brunetti went to the Academy Awards with Spacey a decade ago, and next year he could well be up onstage collecting gold - his Facebook film is sure to be among the 10 Best Picture Oscar nominees and many critics have tipped it for victory.
Proud Spacey says, "Ten years ago he went to the Academy Awards as my assistant and this year he might well be going as an Academy Awards-nominated producer."
